Part of Alistair Walker’s esteemed Infrequent Flyers range, this Strathmill 16 Year Old 2008 expression delivers Speyside elegance with a bold sherried twist. Matured in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead (#135), the whisky was bottled in 2024, yielding just 348 bottles. The PX cask imparts richness and depth, amplifying Strathmill’s delicate spirit with layers of sweet spice and dried fruits.
