Description: Supergay Fire Island Dry Gin is a bold, unfiltered spirit infused with wild kelp hand-harvested from the shores of Fire Island, NY, sitting at 45 % ABV. Crafted on an organic corn base and distilled in small batches, it features botanicals like juniper, elderflower, chamomile, finger limes, and Tasmanian pepper berry. The aroma opens with bright citrus and floral notes, layered with soft chamomile and elderflower; on the palate you'll find vibrant lime and orange peel, gentle spice, and a saline minerality from the kelp that brings subtle coastal complexity. The finish is long and balanced, with lingering floral sweetness and a whisper of ocean breeze.
