Superlative: adjective; of the highest kind, quality, or order; surpassing all else or others; supreme; extreme: superlative wisdom.
Spells and the supernatural are a staple part of many games and settings. They allow the user to bend reality to their will or to bring down their wrath on their enemies.
This volume in the Superlative Spells series covers Auras, or spells that grant a bonus or penalty to anyone within a certain area, focus on an object, person or location.
One definition of an aura is “An aura is the distinctive atmosphere or quality that seems to surround and be generated by a person, thing, or place.”
How often have you been in a place or near to a person and felt something was not right or in a building and felt like it was pleasant? These spells take that feeling and use it in a passive way to provide a bonus or penalty to those within it.
Inside this volume of Superlative Spells you'll get...
- Core rules for auras
- 20+ sample effect for an aura
- 10+ related feats
- 11 spells related to using and manipulating auras
- 5 variations/types that use the spell level system created in the Spell Options series
