Taconic Barrel Strength Rye

 Taconic Distillery, established in 2013, is a purveyor of fine craft spirits located in the Hudson Valley of New York. Handcrafted award-winning bourbon and rye whiskies are distilled in small batches using the finest ingredients, including grains grown in New York and natural spring water from Taconic's own property.

Nose: A  delightful aroma of whipped strawberry frosting, rye spice, orange, and toffee.

Palate: The palate transitions into a more nutty and oak base with light cherry and peach bringing some brightness to the flavour profile.

Finish: Oaky and bitter with a walnut and orange peel aftertaste.
