The Taprite 1/4" LH Double Nipple is a specialized fitting used for connecting gas manifold components or regulator bodies. Featuring Left-Hand (LH) threads on both sides, it is designed to prevent accidental cross-connection with standard right-hand plumbing. Made from high-quality brass, this fitting ensures a gas-tight, high-pressure seal in commercial draught CO2 and Nitrogen systems.
Technician's Installation Tip: Left-hand threads are tightened by turning counter-clockwise. Look for the small "notches" on the hex-nut portion of the fitting; these are the universal symbol for LH threads. Always use a small amount of thread sealant or PTFE tape to ensure a 100% leak-proof connection.
