Tommy's Gin Lest we forget is a distinctive 45% ABV expression crafted on the Isle of Skye, where rugged landscapes and pristine waters inspire its character. This 5cl bottle captures the essence of Scottish gin-making tradition with a carefully balanced botanical profile. On the nose, expect bright juniper notes complemented by subtle floral and herbal undertones that reflect the Skye terroir. The palate delivers a smooth, warming entry with classic gin botanicals—coriander and citrus—followed by a distinctive spice and a hint of maritime minerality. The finish is clean and lingering, with a gentle warmth that invites another sip. Perfect for gin enthusiasts seeking an authentic Scottish expression or as a thoughtful tasting sample.
