The decade-long maturation, high rye mash bill, and bottled-in-bond-style proof together produce one of the most structured, sippable rye whiskies on the American market, and it remains the expression that built WhistlePig's reputation among serious whiskey drinkers.

The nose opens with honey, vanilla, and a layer of caramel, then shifts toward dried orchard fruit, warm baking spice, and a classic rye peppery edge. The palate mirrors the nose with added dark chocolate, mint, and a whisper of oak smoke. The finish is long and creamy — unusual for a rye — and coats the palate in vanilla and rye spice well after the last sip.
