New Arrivals/Restock

Wild Turkey Rare Breed Rye is the distillery’s super-premium rye, crafted for those who savor intensity and depth. A small-batch, barrel-proof blend of four-, six-, and eight-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye whiskies, this expression is non-chill filtered and bottled at its cask strength of 112.2 proof. The result is a richly layered rye that delivers bold flavor without compromise. From the first pour, you’ll get aromas of caramel apple, vanilla, honey, and floral sweetness, underscored by robust rye spice and charred oak. On the palate, sweet fruit and oak lead into baking spice and rye’s characteristic grainy bite. The finish is long and warming, where lingering spice mingles with dried fruit and a refined warmth that makes every sip memorable. Best enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or on the rocks.
