New Arrivals/Restock

Founded in 2006, Wyoming Whiskey was one of the first major distilleries of the modern craft renaissance to prove that great bourbon is not Kentucky-exclusive. A commitment to local, non-GMO grains, an unrivaled limestone aquifer water source, and the extreme Wyoming climate offer a new perspective on ‘America’s Native Spirit’ - a whiskey that stands alone, rich with the spirit of the Bighorn Basin, of Wyoming, and the west. Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask is a lush, high-wheat bourbon that has undergone a secondary maturation in casks that had previously held raisin-sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry - bringing layers of fruity complexity, a touch of maple-sweetness, and full-bodied warmth and roundness on top of soft flavors of cornbread, vanilla, summer flowers, and lemon zest. Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask adds richness, depth, and character to the flagship Small Batch. An impressively smooth and complex spirit - highly recommended! ABV: 50.0%
