1st Year Academy Program 2026-27
Have your Baker between the ages of 10 to 17 join us for our Junior/Teen Academy. This will be an ongoing program for each fall where the baker learns baking techniques, making buttercream and designing and make cakes
Classes are held once a month from August through April.
It comes with a complete kit for each baker as well as a hat with logo, Chef's coat with name and logo and a tote bag with logo for carrying all their supplies to and from classes.
